WELCOME TO the pig bus

We serve Southern American Style BBQ on the Canadian Prairies. Each region of the USA has its own method of preparing and serving meats from the BBQ. We have experienced this firsthand and are particularly fond of participating in competition BBQ in the Southern USA. Our smoked meats including beef brisket, pork shoulder, pork ribs, chicken, sausage and sometimes turkey which are the main staples of this style of cooking. Our food is prepared fresh and by hand; dedication to our craft is reflected in the flavourful products we serve. Not only do we prepare our own meats, but we also make our own BBQ sauce and rubs. HeadPiggy also builds his own offset smokers making him truly one of a kind in this area of the world.
