Our menu is vast; we invite you to visit us to find out what we have on board for the day. Our foods are prepared onboard the bus and include pork ribs, brisket, Caribbean style chicken, pulled pork, jerk chicken, porchetta, pulled pork tacos, brisket, pulled beef, to corn bread with honey butter and the famous hangover burger. We have something to satisfy any craving. While you are here don't forget to order yourself a cold beverage. The only beer we carry onboard is of the root variety!
